Look no further than “Tiki Cocktails 101” at Redondo Beach’s Hudson House from wife-and-husband team “Top Chef” Season 14 Winner Brooke Williamson and Co-Chef Nick Roberts. Led by lead bartender and resident tiki expert Jessica Sousa, guests will be guided through a brief history of tiki culture, a little rum 101, as well as an interactive, hands-on tutorial of building, tasting, and garnishing three tiki drinks.
