Event Description

Join us for the first annual Smoky Hollow “El Tercero” block party and fitness challenge!

When: Saturday March 16, 2019

Time: 12-6pm

Contest heats: 12-3pm

Admission to the event is free so no need to register unless you’d like to participate in the challenge. This $10 registration fee (see below) is for admission into the fitness challenge which will be a 30 minute contest consisting of 3 elements: barbell, burpees, and a run/walk. Whether you’re looking to push your limits and try to to finish at the top of the group, or just coming to participate and get a bit of exercise, what’s important is that all proceeds will be going to benefit the Barbells for Boobs breast health support, education, and fitness programs. No experience with a barbell? Don’t worry! We will have expert trainers on site to provide instruction. Alternative exercises are available as well.

All participants will be entered into a raffle to win generous prizes. This event is open to everybody, not just gym members, so help us spread the word and be a part of the fight against breast cancer.

The block party will also feature:

Food and beverages from local establishments (Beyond Meat, Indie Brewing Co, R6 Distillery)

Health and fitness vendors (Physical/Massage Therapists, Hyperice, Cypress Surf Shop, Koia, Rx Bar, CBD oil)

Live music from The Hollow Legs

Prizes, raffles, and giveaways
