El Gringo has three restaurants in the South Bay area covering the three prime beach communities, Hermosa, Manhattan and this Redondo Beach outpost. The quality ingredients, clean environment, authentic preparation and great service have all contributed to making it a Mexican food favorite since 1986.

The restaurant also offers catering services. Be sure to ask about the Taco Truck, which will drive to your private event with a chef who then proceeds to prepare it’s signature dishes for your guests. Check out its Web page for a hidden 20 percent discount coupon for surfers.
