As part of the Distiller Dinner series, Hudson House hosts an evening with High West Whiskey and Master Distiller Brendan Coyle for four-course, family-style dinner. Guests will be welcomed with a High West Rendezvous Rye to kick off the night, followed by a diverse dinner menu from Co-Chefs Brooke Williamson & Nick Roberts, with dishes carefully crafted to individually pair with a High West Whiskey. Menu highlights include Salt & Pepper Pork Rinds with fermented chilli aioli and blistered veggies; Black Shrimp Rice with Baby Octopus; and Bourbon Washed Goat Cheese & Walnut Toast with persimmon jam. Priced at $75/person, guests must be 21 years or older to purchase.
