Effervescence will kick off the 3-day festival with a once-in-a-lifetime dinner for Champagne collectors, hosted by Krug Champagne, at 71 Above in downtown Los Angeles, located at 633 W. 5 th St. Winemaker Jérôme Jacoillot from the distinguished Clos du Mesnil will share stories and insight into the legendary Krug house. Current releases as well as very rare library bottlings will be paired with a special menu prepared by Chef Vartan Abgaryan. Seating is extremely limited. $1,750 per seat.
