Once a month South Bay Events & Saint Rocke join forces to create an eclectic wine adventure that's never the same. Every month Saint Rocke's Vintage Room will host a themed wine tasting that's paired with complimentary food, music, and art.

On Tuesday, February 15 join sommelier Bryon Holley as he educates patrons about Australian white wines. Food pairings will be available (vegetarian options too), all while listening to some great live music and Australian cinema. Why not on a Tuesday? Tickets are on-sale below for only $24.99.

Wine & Food Pairing Menu

• 1) Nugan "Frasca's Lane" Chardonnay (King's Valley, Aus.) with fresh tomato, basil, buratta cheese flat bread topped with a light pesto sauce.


• 2) Omaka Springs - Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough NZ) with mixed greens, avocado, strawberries, feta cheese with a cilantro lime vinaigrette.


• 3) Reilly's "Barking Mad" Riesling (Clare valley Aus.) with grilled shrimp with lemon garlic drizzle served on a bed of cous cous.
